The Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to all TSAE Regular Members and Associate Meeting Planners only.  Registration begins at 11:30 am; on-site registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:45 am, ending promptly at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event though a $5 donation to the TSAE Scholarship Fund is encouraged.  A scholarship will be awarded to a lucky individual at the TSAE Awards Luncheon at the Annual Meeting in October to assist in the CMP exam process. Attendees must be a current TSAE member. 

• Cancellations should be directed to the TSAE office 561-6124.  Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on Tuesday prior to the roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
• The Mission of the TSAE Meeting Planners Roundtable is to provide education and information to any TSAE member regarding issues related to the meetings profession.
